Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I use multiple methods of payment?
We only accept one type of payment per order.

Is VAT included in the final price?
Yes.

Online Order

Do I need to set up an account to order online?
You do not need to create an account to shop at Frau María Magdalena, but we recommend that you do. If you set up an account you can register returns or exchanges and save your information which will make it easier to check out next time you shop online with us.

How will I know if you received my order?
You will receive a confirmation order automatically.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any modification. If you wish to cancel, you should contact our customer service: hi@fraumariamagdalena.com. Please note, that the order can only be cancelled before the warehouse has been started working on the order and before the shipment.

My order has been declined, do I need to place a new order?
Please make sure that all your personal information is correct. If the system still does not accept your order, please, contact our customer service: hi@fraumariamagdalena.com

I received my order but one or several items are missing?

Product Information

Do I know my size?
The best way to get your size right is by checking the height and weight of each model that appears in the pictures. In case of doubt between two sizes, we recommend you to opt for the larger one.

What should I do if an item I want is unavailable?
If an item you like or the size you are looking for is sold out, you can sign up to the stock alert available on each product page to be notified of any re-stock.

How do I care for the items that I purchased?
Each item has specific care instructions in the wash label that you have to follow carefully.
