Returns & Exchanges

We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from our site. You may get a full refund or exchange your item for a different product, size or colour.

Exchange
When it’s an exchange or a faulty product, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item. Please note that you can exchange your item only once. If you ever want to exchange it a second time or the money back the shipping cost (Spain) would be at your charge.
Requesting a change is very easy, you only have to keep the garments in perfect condition, without having washed or used, and keeping the label.

Write us an email to hi@fraumariamagdalena.com including:
- Order number
- Specify the size or color you need.

Within 2-3 business days, a delivery person will deliver the new package and take the product you want to return at the same time, so it must be prepared at the delivery address.

Returns
The returned items must be in unused and original packaging with hangtags and you must inform us of your intention to return your order within 15 days after delivery.

Send us an email to hi@fraumariamagdalena including:
- Order number
- Specify the items you want to return.

The refund would be issued once our warehouse will have received and inspected your return item(s). From that moment your account will be credited within 10-14 days. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed
